Dragon Boat Accident in China Leaves 17 Dead

Two dragon boats capsized in Taohua river in southern China, on April 20th.

The accident happened in the city of Guilin, when the boat crews were practicing for a race for the upcoming dragon boat festival.

Seventeen people were killed in the accident. Forty others were rescued.
