Tour Bus Crashes in Taiwan; 32 Killed, 12 Injured

A tour bus flipped on its side and crashed into a road barrier near Taipei, Taiwan, on the night of February 13. Among the 44 people aboard, 32 people lost their lives while the others sustained injuries of various intensities. The cause of crash is being investigated. The bus was operated by Tieh Lien Hua Travel Agency.
Tour Bus Rear Ends Coach in Taiwan; 31 Injured

A tour bus slammed into the back of an empty coach on Freeway No. 3, Lantan Tunnel, Chiayi County, Taiwan, on November 6th. At least 31 people suffered injuries of varying intensities in the crash. The injured were taken to hospital.
Falling Rock Hits Tour Bus in Taiwan; 1 Killed, 3 Injured

A falling rock hit a bus travelling on the Central Cross-Island Highway in Taiwan, on August 1. The accident happened at the 170.1-kilometer mark when the tour bus was transporting 35 people. A 47-year-old woman was killed in the accident while 3 other people, including two men and a woman, were injured. The injured were taken to hospital.
26 Killed as Tour Bus Catches Fire in Taiwan

A tour bus caught fire while travelling on the No. 2 national highway in Taoyuan county, Taiwan, on July 19th. The accident happened when the bus was carrying 26 people, including 24 visitors from Liaoning province of China. All 26 people aboard were killed in the accident. The cause of fire is being investigated.
